My daughter got this for her 11th birthday. We took it to her guitar lessons and her teacher gave us some advice for how to make it play better for her. We took it to our local guitar shop and they played around with the action and it's feeling better for her. So far so good!
You get exactly what they advertise. It has good sound quality and is just beautiful.

So I had a coworker, whose basically a guitar guru, check out the guitar that I purchased. He was shocked at how well it played and sounded. The neck was straight, with just enough curvature to allow for good action. The bridge was fixed not lose. One thing he mentioned was to always have smaller strings, as he suspects that smaller strings are what is allowing for the guitar to have a pleasant sound and intonation.
