    2. How long is shipping?

    Shipping time estimates begin once the packaged order has left our facility, it does not include processing time. Processing times range up to 1-2 business days. (ex. 1-2 day processing + 3-7 day shipping = 4-9 days until delivery)

    3. How do I track my order?

    Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

     4.How much will customers pay for return shipping?
    • Products with manufacturing defects.(Paid by WINZZ)

    Get in touch with us email:winzzguitars.service@gmail.com to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and use it to return the items to us.Shipping costs are borne by WINZZ.

    • Products with no manufacturing defects.(Paid by buyer)

    Such as customers remorse.(This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item)

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • No other handling fees for returns or exchanges.
     5.Which country do you ship to?

    Orders from this store would be only shipped to the United States . No cross-border shipments. For other countries, We don't have any express service for the time being.Any questions or further inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

    For most products shipping to the contiguous United States, customers may choose Ground, 2-Day Air, or 1-Day Air delivery. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however, due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ground-ship to those states. Any products containing a lithium-ion battery are unable to ship via air delivery and are thus unable to ship outside of the contiguous United States.
