Good price for a beautiful tone

This is a second guitar I bought has thinner and matt finishing, without pickup and the finish is thinner than the first guitar where its finish is thicker and glossy. The sound is clean, all the notes are melodious blended together but sound thinner. Perhaps with a thicker string (12-53) the sound might be better, I have not tried it yet.

Been trying to do a return with no luck

To whom it may concern I received the guitar, however, the size and shape of it is awkward and cannot be utilized. It does not fit properly in my arms. The sound is great however it’s not a comfortable guitar for me to play. Please provide return instructions, I have reached out to try to get someone to return with no luck.
